Welcome to the National Food Service Management Institute's online course catalog, offering you the latest information on our current and upcoming courses. You can now learn online in the convenience of your workplace or any other location.


Each online course consists of a number of lessons covering various child nutrition topics. To receive a course completion certificate, you will be required to successfully complete all assignments, assessments, and evaluations in each course.
