Special Needs Online Courses

Children with disabilities may need meals that differ from the meal offered in the child nutrition program. Changes in foods or nutrients can help these children reach their potential and manage health concerns. The following Special Needs Online Courses prepare child nutrition personnel to meet each child's special nutrition needs.
