           Virginia B. Gray, PhD, RD, a nutrition consultant specializing in childhood nutrition, is the presenter. Dr. Gray writes educational materials for use in child nutrition programs and has conducted research on child nutrition in Mississippi and New York schools. She earned a BS in Food Science and Nutrition at University of Florida and a MS and PhD in Nutrition at Mississippi State University.
