Wash Your Hands
Schools reflect a large proportion of the nation’s foodservice industry. Currently child nutrition professionals provide more than 27 million healthful meals to children each school day. Over the 60-year history of the National School Lunch Program, more than 187 billion lunches have been served. Food safety that includes proper handwashing is essential to providing healthful, nutritious meals for America’s children.
