Free Training From NFSMI: Registration is now open for the Orientation to School Nutrition Management Seminar at the National Food Service Management Institute (NFSMI). Orientation to School Nutrition Management is designed for new and aspiring school nutrition directors. Management topics include: School Wellness, Menu Planning/HUSSC, Program Accountability, Procurement, Technology and Information Systems, Special Needs, Work Place Safety and Emergency Preparedness, Green/Environmental Conservation, Human Resource Management, Marketing and Communication, and Financial Management. Registration and participant materials are free. Space is limited so reserve your seat early.
